WELDING & FABRICATION
Whatever the scope of your welding or fabrication project, we can take it on. Specialising in the oil/gas petrochemical, power generation, and mining industries, our experienced team have a proven track record in the most demanding and aggressive environments.
We use a range of welding processes, including MMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and GMAW. Some of our specialist methods are MMAW cellulosic and low hydrogen vertical down pipeline welding, orbital GTAW, and hydrogen controlled semiautomatic RMD/STT.
PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
We are highly-specialised in pipeline construction, having been contracted on many large projects, Australia-wide. We’ve worked on all types of pipe fabrication from basic straight spools to highly complex configurations for both low and high-pressure applications.
We also provide maintenance of pipelines and a full range of repair and modification services, including in-services welding, that can be applied to offshore or onshore projects. We also offer timely pipeline emergency response, critical in high-risk industries.

When it comes to welding talent, we’ve got the best. As well as our core team of experienced supervisors, welding specialist, and pipefitters, we can call upon a wide database of professional welding trades to provide the manpower for your job.
All of our workers are hand-picked based on skills and experience. We’ve either worked with them before, or they come highly-recommended by mutual contacts we trust. Whatever the nature of works, they’ve been there, done it, and have a can-do attitude on site.
WELD PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT & QUALIFICATION
We can work with you to develop weld procedures and act as independent specialists on your welding and fabrication projects. This includes creating Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and helping you gain a Weld Procedure Qualification Record (PQR).
